A harsh wind howled through the vast wasteland of white sand and stone trees. A bleak landscape that consisted of a seemingly endless desert, nothing more. A pallid white crescent moon loomed above the alabaster sand, the ashen celestial body seeming to guide one on an empty path into madness. Valentina often paced the desert when she felt depressed. Tino was nowhere to be found, and James was far to busy to keep her company. The female slumped down into the sand, her body wanting to sink into the sand's chilled embrace for comfort. For the first time in a long time, she found herself thinking of Hao Aokami, an old friend that she owed her very existance to. If it wasn't for him, she wouldn't be what she was today. He disappeared from her life centuries ago and often found herself thinking of him more and more as of late. She quietly sighed and laid her fox like ears flat against her head, her long plush tail curling around her long, shapely legs. Her toes curled, then relaxed, her clawed fingers raking through the fine white sands. Her long silver hair fell over her shoulders and rested over her chest and arms as she moved onto her stomach. Her golden yellow eyes stared out into the empty horizon. She ached for some form of companionship. Though she refused to admit it, she hated being alone.

Vladimir walked the endless sands of the dessert, his eyes downcast, their grey orbs reflecting no light, no image except for the pale white of the sands below him. He dragged his feet over the uneven ground, the sand shifting beneath his feet, swirling around his ankles. a sound of metal scraping metal could be heard coming from him, his massive scythe on hi back, the chain from it extending to wrap his body in it's protective embrace, attaching once more to the hilt of a Katana, which as always was stabbed through one of the links of the chain.

Vlad's head suddenly shot up, his eyes focusing on something in the distance, still to clouded by drifting sand for him to perfectly make out, but it appeared to be a figure lying on the sand, female to boot. Vlad smiled his predatory smile, revealing his sharpened teeth, and he slowly approached the female, his left hand rolling his usual dice, and he smiled, his eyes lit with a need to possess her, for it was indeed a female, and he stopped not too far off, hopefully unnoticed by the prone figure.

Val's attention was suddenly captured by a scent on the wind, her vulpine ears now standing erect atop her head. They turned this way and that until they faced forward, following a faint clacking sound. Her nose twitched, the scent being an unfamiliar one. She huffed and remained in her prone position, deeming the possessor of the scent unthreatening. She crossed her arms just below her chest, resting her bosm on her crossed forearms. Her legs bent at the knees, her legs lighty pumping back and forth in the air while her tail uncurled itself from her body and laid between her legs, the tip twitching slightly. She was curious of whomever was approaching her. She took another whiff of the air, catching the anomaly's scent yet again, this time finding the scent growing richer and more suggestive. The one approaching was clearly male, and made his intentions obvious. Too bad she wasn't easy prey. He'd have to try pretty hard to get her. She smirked and licked her lips, pleased that her lonesome evening was about to change.

Vlad saw her now clearly, and was pleasantly surprised, she had many exotic features not commonly seen. He liked the exotic, and as a collector he needed it, he knew he had to have it, even if it would only satisfy his greed, not to mention lust, temporarily. He watched her legs kicking in the air, saw the tail uncurl from it and lay against the ground, he noticed her other odd features and his smile broadened.

Vlad casually tossed the dice onto the ground, and they landed on a perfect snake eyes, causing his grin to broaden even more. I seem to be lucky today. He picked up the dice and slowly approached the female, giving her a slight bow. "Allow me to introduce myself miss, I am Vladimir. It is an absolute pleasure to meet you." He bowed even lower, his hungry gleam never leaving his eyes, which remained on her face the entire time.

Val's eyes followed the movements of the approaching male. She noticed him toss two objects from his hand, grin, then pick them up again. As he drew closer, she slowly sat up on her knees, dusting the sand off of her body. She looked the male over as he introduced himself before bowing to her. She smirked and slowly rose to her feet. Her long, plush tail swayed behind her as she placed her hands on her hips. She spoke to the male in her usual soft, sultry voice that often sent shivers through any male she spoke to. Vladimir, eh..? I am Valentina. A pleasure to meet you. And according to that rather thick scent coming from you...pleasure is what you had in mind. Am I mistaken? Her cherry red lips formed a wicked smile. Her hands lifted from her hips as her arms crossed just below her bust. Her eyes glowed a bright yellow hue, showing her own amusement in meeting this male.

From the sound of her voice Vladimir's smile grew even more, and he licked his lips before speaking. "Ah I see. You can smell pheromones from others bodies." He smiled wickedly, his eyes still holding that hungry quality within their grey orbs, and he chuckled. He shook his head and had a more controlled smile upon his face now. "No you are not mistaken, you are quite right, though the fact that you already know puts me at a slight disadvantage." He sighed slightly, having been outed so quickly, went completely against his style, but he couldn't quite complain.

It was quite true James was busy. Though he finished his actual work long ago, which was strange thinking a Espada should not have much of a job. James was a self employed writer, often writing porno's and parodies of human world books. Also writing down all he knows about Shinigami, Hollows, Bounts, and Quincys. Among dozens of other things that he shall eventually give to his succesor all his knowledge. Though he finished that and decided to go for a walk outside of Las Noches.

During this he tried to see how fast he could run without Sonido. Though at his max speed he jumped high into the air and did not come down for a while. He with his power flaring out at full, fell to the ground at blinding speeds. Moving to fast for anyone to prepare for his coming. His accidental target, the area between Valentina and Vlad. Which when he hit the area a large impact occured, from which he stood perfectly fine. A newly formed concer stick in his mouth. His blue dress shirt was torn open and exposed his chest, and his dress pants untouched by the sand.

Raising his head he looked from side to side and groaned, " I was hoping for the previous Decima or Tia. Dammit. I guess the pair of you will do. " He reached behind his back and removed Null excalibur. Placing it infront of him, two handed in a Great sword battle stance. " Amuse me. Try and kill me. " His power erupting from him like a torrent of wind knocking sand up.

Val's grin widened at the male's reaction to her comment. She chuckled a bit and took a step closer towards the male, then froze. Her nose twitched again before a low growl rumbled in her throat. She took a few steps back just moments before a figure seemed to crash in between her and the male. She snarled and shot forward, backhanding what turned out to be her own master, La Primera. She hit him with enough force to shatter bone, but knew that he'd barely feel it even though he'd be knocked to the ground by the impact. She huffed and glared at her grounded master. It's rude to just appear out of nowhere and demand a fight... Her tail twitched out of annoyance, her golden yellow optics now glowing a deep amber hue. James may have been her master, but a wild animal will always be wild and Val wasn't easy to tame.

At the sight of James appearing, then instantly being knocked on his ass by Valentina Vlad began to laugh, he couldn't help it, he fell on his ass and clutched his stomach, realizing though that his chances of attaining this woman just dropped dramatically. He finally regained control of himself and stood, coughing once, still a smile upon his face.

He looked from James to Valentina and as he looked at her his eyes again retained their hungry quality. He wondered if they already knew each other, but he was uncertain, and he waited silent, for whatever came next, from either of them.

James groaned as he got back up massaging his head, " Damn. Can't a dude just kill something. " He straps Null excalibur to his back again and locks his power away to zero. He looked over at Vlad and yawned, " Back off you wanna be manwhore. A low life like you would simply be crushed before you got a chance at that ass. Trust me, I know by experiance. Worth the trip though... " He took a drag of his ciggerette, which he never let go off.

Val huffed at James' words, then smirked a bit. She chuckled to herself as James made his little comments to Vlad. She smirked, her gaze shifting between her two male counterparts. She then got a fun little idea. Why just stand around, bored. She sauntered over towards Vlad, running her clawed fingers down the male's chest. Now now, James....don't act like you're jealous... Who knows...maybe I want to play with both of you. Ever think of that? Or did that blow to the head knock your brain out of your ear...? She smirked and turned her back to Vlad, grinning her wicked little grin. She was in quite a mood for a little bit of fun, and she figured that two males were better than one.

Vlad gave James a blank, look, his theory about the two of them knowing each other being confirmed, and he sighed. As Valentina approached him and ran her claws down his chest, making a strange scrapping sound as she passed over the various loops of metal that formed the chain that covered most of his body, leaving very little of him exposed. Hearing Val's words he frowned ever so slightly. "I don't share my women, or anything." He slowly began to walk off, his conquest unfinished, as he had been beaten to this particular treasure by a man he could never hope to defeat as he was. He hung his head, hoping that he would be able to come across something to destroy.
